How many specific types of contracts are entered into with consumers?
According to Section 2 Decree 99/2011/ND-CP There are 3 specific types of contracts entered into with consumers, specifically as follows:
(1) Contract concluded remotely;
(2) Continuous service provision contract;
(3) Door-to-door sales contract.
Note: Basically, specific types of contracts when concluded with consumers need to ensure regulations on form, language used and method of conclusion as stated in Article 14.Law on Consumer Rights Protection 2010, As follows:

1. The form of contract entered into with consumers is carried out in accordance with the provisions of civil law.
2. In case of entering into a contract with a consumer in writing, the language of the contract must be clear and easy to understand.
The language used in contracts concluded with consumers is Vietnamese, unless the parties agree otherwise or the law provides otherwise.
3. In case of entering into a contract by electronic means, organizations and individuals trading in goods and services must create conditions for consumers to review the entire contract before concluding it.
4. The Government regulates in detail other forms of contracts with consumers.

The obligation to explain contracts to consumers is stipulated in Article 15 Law on Protection of Consumer Rights 2010 as follows:
