3. Do not violate the code of ethics for insurance actuarial practice.

4. Being an employee at a life insurance enterprise or health insurance enterprise.

5. Reside in Vietnam while in office.

...

Accordingly, the Actuary of a life insurance enterprise must be an employee of this enterprise.
