- Bank.

- Gas station.

Compulsory auto insurance electronic version:

Car owners can find and buy them at:

- Phone applications: Momo, Lazada, Grab, Viettelpay or insurance companies' own applications (LIAN-BAU 24/7, Bao Minh online, Baoviet Direct,...)

- Official websites of reputable insurance companies.

After successful payment, the system will automatically send the electronic mandatory auto insurance certificate to the customer's email or zalo. If the Traffic Police requests to check documents, the vehicle owner only needs to present the electronic copy in the phone.

Therefore, people can buy mandatory car insurance at gas stations if the gas station is open for sale according to regulations.
