Conditions for licensing service businesses to conduct radiation work?
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 75 of the 2008 Atomic Energy Law as follows:
"Article 75. Conditions for licensing
1. An organization that meets all of the following conditions will be granted a license to conduct radiation work:
a) Established according to the provisions of law;
b) Carry out radiation work in accordance with operational functions;
c) Have appropriate human resources, physical and technical facilities;
d) Satisfy all conditions to ensure safety and security for each specific radiation job according to the provisions of this Law;
d) Complete documents and procedures for applying for a license according to the provisions of this Law and other relevant laws.
2. Individuals who fully meet the following conditions will be granted a license to conduct radiation work:
a) Have full capacity for civil acts;
b) Conduct radiation work in accordance with practice registration or business registration;
c) Have appropriate professional qualifications;
d) Satisfy all conditions to ensure safety and security for each specific radiation job according to the provisions of this Law;
d) Complete documents and procedures for licensing according to the provisions of this Law and other relevant laws."
Thus, the conditions for granting a service license to conduct radiation work are specified as above.
