Amending, supplementing and reissuing the Certificate of registration of export and import rights

1. Foreign traders not present in Vietnam have the right to request in writing the agency issuing the Certificate of Registration of Export and Import Rights to amend and supplement the Certificate of Registration of Export Rights. , import rights when there is a change in one of the contents specified in Points a, b, c, Clause 1, Article 10 of this Decree.

2. Foreign traders not present in Vietnam have the right to request in writing the agency issuing the Certificate of Registration of Export and Import Rights to reissue the Certificate of Registration of Export and Import Rights. in case this Certificate of Registration is lost, torn, crushed, burned or destroyed in other forms.

3. Within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of receipt of the written request and valid documents, the agency issuing the Certificate of registration of export and import rights shall make amendments and supplements. Supplementing and re-issuing Certificates of registration of export rights and import rights for foreign traders not present in Vietnam.

4. Within 5 (five) working days from the date the Certificate of registration of export and import rights is amended or supplemented, foreign traders not present in Vietnam must publicly announce Declare the amended and supplemented contents recorded in your Certificate of registration of export and import rights as prescribed in Clause 3, Article 9 of this Decree.

Thus, according to the above regulations, foreign traders not present in Vietnam have the right to request in writing the agency to amend the Certificate of Registration of Export Rights when there is a change.
