The content and duration of the alcohol production and trading license are specified in Article 28 Decree No. 105/2017/ND-CP modified by Clause 20 Article 16 Decree No. 17/2020/ND-CP, accordingly

Content and term of license

1. Contents of the license according to Form No. 05 issued with this Decree.

2. License term:

a) The term of the License for industrial alcohol production is 15 years;

b) The term of the License for manual alcohol production for business purposes, License to distribute alcohol, License to wholesale alcohol, License to retail alcohol is 05 years.

Accordingly, the term of the license to produce and trade Vietnamese wine is 5 years.
