Issuance of Investment Registration Certificate

2. Documents and procedures for issuance of Investment Registration Certificate are carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 40 of Decree No. 15/2015/ND-CP dated February 14, 2015 of the Government on investment in the form of investment. public-private formula.

3. BOT investors are responsible for coordinating with relevant Vietnamese parties to explain opinions at the request of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
