a) Comply with the conditions prescribed in this Decree and relevant laws on business conditions and motor vehicle inspection activities; ensure measuring instruments are operating normally; Comply with the inspection, verification and calibration of measuring instruments according to the provisions of law on measurement;

b) Coordinate with competent state agencies to perform tasks related to the assessment of technical status and environmental protection of motor vehicles;

c) Ensure normal inspection operation time is at least 08 hours/day and 05 days/week; publicly announce the inspection time at the inspection unit's headquarters;

d) Hand over all records related to motor vehicles according to the instructions of the Department of Transport when the registration unit is dissolved or the certificate of eligibility for motor vehicle inspection activities is revoked;

d) Subject to inspection and examination by competent authorities on conditions for providing motor vehicle inspection services;

e) Appoint qualified surveyors to participate in training to update and supplement motor vehicle inspection skills when there are changes in relevant standards, regulations, legal regulations and scientific advances. techniques in motor vehicle inspection;

g) Manage and supervise inspection activities at the unit, take full responsibility when violations or negative actions occur at the registration unit;

h) In case of changes in surveyors affecting the operations of the registration unit, notification must be made to the Department of Transport and the Vietnam Register;

i) No inspection has been carried out for cases of non-compliance with decisions on sanctioning administrative violations in the field of road traffic; In cases where the deadline for coming to resolve a violation recorded in the administrative violation record or written notice from the person with sanctioning authority has passed, the vehicle owner or violator does not come to the headquarters of the person with sanctioning authority. authority to resolve and handle; warning cases on the Inspection Management Program. After the vehicle owner and violator fulfill the above obligations, they will be inspected according to regulations.

Thus, the motor vehicle registration center must be responsible for ensuring normal inspection operation time of at least 08 hours/day and 05 days/week;
