1. Fine from 1,000,000 VND to 3,000,000 VND for one of the following acts:

a) Failure to post the working schedule or rules for receiving requesters at the bailiff's office headquarters;

b) Failure to post procedures or costs for performing work at the bailiff's office headquarters;

c) Making, managing, and using books and forms improperly;

d) Incomplete implementation of information and reporting regime as prescribed; Incomplete compliance with the requirements of competent authorities on reporting to serve the work of inspection, examination, supervision and supervision;

d) Using signs that do not comply with the prescribed form;

e) Failure to ensure uniforms for bailiffs according to regulations;

g) Storing work records not in accordance with regulations.

2. Fine from 3,000,000 VND to 7,000,000 VND for one of the following acts:
