If the head of a lawyer's office has his law practice certificate revoked, will the office's operations be terminated, according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 47?Law on Lawyers 2006 as follows:
Termination of operations of a law-practicing organization
1. A law-practicing organization terminates its operations in the following cases:
a) Self-termination of operations;
b) The operating registration certificate is revoked;
c) Head of a law office, Director of a one-member limited liability law firm or all members of a partnership law firm, members of a limited liability law firm with two or more members shall be confiscated. Return of Lawyer's Practicing Certificate;
d) Law firms are consolidated or merged;
d) The head of a lawyer's office or the director of a one-member limited liability law firm dies.

Thus, when the Head of the Law Office has his Law Practicing Certificate revoked, the Law Office will stop operating according to regulations.
