In what forms are lottery companies not allowed to conduct lottery promotions?
Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 42 Circular 75/2013/TT-BTC According to regulations, lottery companies are not allowed to conduct lottery promotions in the following forms:
(1) Reduce the selling price of lottery tickets;
(2) Giving away lottery tickets without collecting money;
(3) Giving gifts in the form of in-kind, money or vouchers or service vouchers so that customers can enjoy one or a number of certain benefits;
(4) Increase the value of the prizes compared to the participation rules and reward payout rates according to state regulations;
(5) Selling lottery tickets with participation in prize programs;
(6) Other forms of promotion.
