Is the financial source for implementing activities to overcome the consequences of post-war bombs, mines and explosives coming from ODA loans?
Whether the financial source to carry out activities to overcome the consequences of post-war bombs, mines and explosives will come from ODA loans, according to Article 7.Decree 18/2019/ND-CP as follows:
Financial sources to carry out activities to overcome the consequences of bombs, mines and explosives after the war
1. State budget sources (including aid capital, ODA loans, and preferential loans).
2. Capital sources of businesses.
3. Other legal sources of capital as prescribed by law
Accordingly, the financial source to carry out activities to overcome the consequences of post-war bombs, mines and explosives will come from the above sources, including ODA loans.
In addition to ODA loans, financial sources to carry out activities to overcome the consequences of post-war bombs, mines and explosives can come from other sources such as:
- State budget sources (including aid capital and preferential loans).
- Capital sources of businesses.
- Other legal sources of capital as prescribed by law.
