Question: In what cases will organizations and individuals have their aquatic exploitation licenses revoked?

According to the provisions of Clause 5, Article 45 of Decree No. 26/2019/ND-CP dated March 8, 2019 of the Government, the revocation of fisheries exploitation licenses is as follows:

1) The agency competent to issue fisheries exploitation licenses is the agency that revokes the license;

2) When detecting a violation of one of the cases specified in Clause 2, Article 50 of the Law on Fisheries, the competent authority shall issue a decision to revoke the Fishery Exploitation License and announce it to the mass media.
