- At least 20% of the total number of households in the area participate in one of the activities or rural industry activities specified in Article 4 of Decree No. 52/2018/ND-CP;

- Stable production and business activities for at least 02 consecutive years up to the time of request for recognition;

- Meets environmental protection conditions for craft villages according to current laws.
