What are the conditions to be granted a Construction Permit in Binh Duong province?

According to Article 10 Decision No. 03/2022/QD-UBND of Binh Duong province, to be granted a Construction Permit in Binh Duong province, the following conditions must be met:

- The scale of the construction permit project has a limited time limit.

+ Construction projects licensed for a limited period of time have a maximum number of floors not exceeding 03 (three) floors and a maximum height not exceeding 12 meters; must be consistent with the architecture and landscape in the area and comply with planning and construction regulations, standards and standards.

+ In case the investor has a project that ensures the ability to recover capital and create efficiency for society within the prescribed term of existence, it will be implemented according to the proposed scale of the investor.

- The existence of a construction permit project is limited.

+ The duration of existence of a construction permit project is limited according to the construction planning implementation plan approved by the competent authority.

+ In case there is no plan to implement the construction planning, the existence period of the construction work shall be according to the construction planning period.

+ In case there is no plan to implement the construction planning and the duration of the construction project proposed by the investor ensures the implementation of the construction planning, a license shall be granted for a limited period as proposed by the investor.
