1. Fine from 3,000,000 VND to 7,000,000 VND for one of the following acts:

a) Improperly or incompletely implementing the reporting regime as prescribed;

b) Creating, managing, and using books and forms improperly;

c) Submitting a request on time when changing the name, address of headquarters, branch, representative office or legal representative of the enterprise;

d) Regulating the auction form in the auction regulations without reaching an agreement with the asset owner;

d) Failure to transfer or transfer on time or incomplete auction documents as prescribed;

e) Do not sign a labor contract with an auctioneer working at your enterprise, unless the auctioneer is a founding member or participates in its establishment;

g) Failure to list or publicize remuneration for asset auction services;

h) Refusing to accept apprentices without a legitimate reason; Notify and report on probation irregularities;

i) Purchasing inadequate professional liability insurance for auctioneers of your organization;

k) Improper announcement of the number of times, duration, content of operation registration, change in operation registration content of the asset auction enterprise;

l) Notification of the operation registration of the branch or the address of the representative office of the asset auction enterprise in accordance with regulations.
