- Application for adjustment of Business License (Form No. 02 in the Appendix issued with Decree 09/2018/ND-CP dated January 15, 2018);

- In case of changing the content specified in Point a, Clause 1, Article 11, except for moving the head office location: A copy of the Business Registration Certificate recording the adjusted content.

- In case of changing the content specified in Points b, c, d and dd, Clause 1, Article 11 of Decree 09/2018/ND-CP dated January 15, 2018:

+ An explanation stating the contents specified in Clause 2, Article 12 of Decree 09/2018/ND-CP dated January 15, 2018;

+ Tax authority documents proving no overdue tax debt;

+ Copy of Business Registration Certificate; Investment registration certificate for projects selling and buying goods and activities directly related to buying and selling goods (if any).
