What type of visa can a foreign investor with a capital contribution of 10 billion VND be granted?

As prescribed at Point 7c, Clause 7, Article 8 Law on Entry, Exit, Transit, and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam 2014, supplemented byPoints c, dd, g, i Clause 3 Article 1 Law on entry, exit, transit, and residence of foreigners in Vietnam amended in 2019 regulates on visa symbols are as follows:

DT1 - Issued to foreign investors in Vietnam and representatives of foreign organizations investing in Vietnam with contributed capital worth VND 100 billion or more or investing in industries, occupations with investment incentives, and localities. Investment incentives table decided by the Government.

7b. ĐT2 - Issued to foreign investors in Vietnam and representatives of foreign organizations investing in Vietnam with capital contribution worth from 50 billion VND to under 100 billion VND or investing in industries and professions that encourage investment Development investment is decided by the Government.

According to the above regulations, foreign investors in Vietnam and representatives of foreign organizations investing in Vietnam with contributed capital worth 10 billion VND will be granted ĐT3 visas.
