1. The water recreation and entertainment area includes 02 areas:

a) Area 1: Is a water area on inland waterways, seaport waters or maritime areas;

b) Zone 2: Is another water area not in zone 1, marked and located by buoys or flags with easy-to-observe colors.

2. Time to organize water entertainment activities

Based on the actual situation, the competent authority specified in Clause 1, Article 9 of this Decree decides on the time of day allowed to organize entertainment activities in region 1; The competent authority specified in Clause 1, Article 11 of this Decree regulates the time of day allowed to organize entertainment activities in region 2.

According to the above regulations, water entertainment activities in region 1 include water areas on inland waterways, seaport waters or maritime areas.

Thus, water entertainment activities on seaport waters belong to zone 1.
