Consulting on the structure and main contents of the Collective Labor Agreement, internal rules and labor regulations of the enterprise with appropriate adjustments to the business operations and organizational structure of the enterprise;

3. Work permit
Consulting on conditions, procedures and required documents to apply for a work permit for foreigners working in Vietnam;
Draft and prepare necessary documents;
On behalf of businesses and individuals, complete procedures to apply for work permits for foreigners.
4. Consulting on labor discipline handling and labor dispute resolution
Consulting on the order, procedures and conditions for terminating labor contracts or firing employees; Representing businesses in negotiating issues related to termination of labor contracts or dismissal of employees;
Consulting on compensation, severance pay, job loss, unemployment and other benefits related to termination of labor contracts;
Represent and protect legal rights and interests for businesses to resolve labor disputes at competent agencies and/or courts in Vietnam.
