Can a law office operate as a joint stock company? Is the office manager required to be a lawyer?

2. The name of the law office is chosen by the lawyer and according to the provisions of the Law on Enterprises but must include the phrase "law office" and must not be identical or confusing with the name of the law practice organization. other registered operations, must not use words or symbols that violate the historical, cultural, ethical traditions and fine customs of the nation.
3. The lawyer's office has a seal and account according to the provisions of law.
According to the above regulations, a law office is established by a lawyer and is organized and operates in the form of a private enterprise. The lawyer who establishes the law office is the head of the law office.
Therefore, a law office cannot operate as a joint stock company and the head of the law office must be a lawyer.
