Can foreigners with electronic visas use them to enter Vietnam multiple times?

According to Clause 1 Article 7 Law on Entry, Exit, Transit, and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam 2014 (modified by Clause 2 Article 1 Law on entry, exit, transit, and residence of foreigners in Vietnam amended in 2019 ) then an electronic visa is a visa issued via electronic transaction.

Pursuant to the provisions in Clause 3 Article 7 Law on Entry, Exit, Transit, and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam 2014 (edited by Clause 1 Article 2 Law on Exit and Entry of Vietnamese Citizens and Law on Entry, Exit, Transit, and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam Amended 2023) has provisions:

Form and validity of visa

1. Visas are issued in passports, separately or via electronic transactions. Visas issued through electronic transactions are electronic visas.

3. Visa is valid once or multiple times; Visas issued for the cases specified in Point b, Clause 2 of this Article are valid once.

Thus, foreigners with electronic visas can use them to enter Vietnam multiple times, except for the following cases: visas according to the immigration management agency's personnel approval list for foreigners participating in the visa. customs, travel by sea or transit by sea if you want to go inland to visit or travel according to a program organized by an international travel enterprise in Vietnam; Members of foreign military ships following the official operating program of a visit outside the province or centrally run city where the ship or boat is anchored are only valid once.
