8. A transport business unit that is subject to a sanction by a competent authority shall have its right to use its license for transport business by car revoked, it must stop all transport business activities according to the sanctioning decision. fine for administrative violations. After the expiry of the right to use, if the transport business unit wishes to continue participating in the transport business, it must carry out procedures to be re-issued with a business license according to the provisions of Clauses 1 and 2. 9. While the transportation business unit is subject to a penalty by a competent authority, the right to use the vehicle transportation business license is revoked, the Department of Transport will not re-issue the license. transportation business and all kinds of badges and signs for types of businesses that have had their use rights revoked.
