1. Visa extension for foreigners traveling and committing "criminal" acts in Vietnam

Authority to decide on exit suspension, extension of exit suspension, release of exit suspension: Head of investigation agency, Head of Procuracy, Chief judge of court, Head of judgment enforcement agency, President The President of the Competition Council, within the scope of his duties and powers, decides to postpone exit; head of the hiring management agency; The Minister of Public Security decided to temporarily postpone exit from the country; Minister of Public Security, Minister of National Defense.
The person with the authority to issue a decision to suspend exit has the authority to extend the suspension of exit, release the suspension of exit, and is responsible before the law for his or her decision.
The person who makes the decision to suspend exit is responsible for issuing a decision to release the suspension of exit immediately after the suspension conditions no longer exist.
The decision to temporarily postpone exit, extend the temporary suspension of entry, and release the temporary suspension of exit will be immediately sent to the immigration management agency and announced to the person whose exit is suspended for implementation.
After receiving the decision to postpone exit, extend exit suspension, or release exit suspension, the immigration management agency is responsible for organizing the implementation.

2. Visa extension for Vietnamese people traveling and "committing crimes" abroad.
