Update and supplement information in business registration documents
1. When registering or notifying changes in business registration content, the business is responsible for adding missing information about the business's phone number in the file. In case the enterprise does not add information about the phone number, the registration dossier and notice of change in business registration content are considered invalid.
2. Enterprises are obliged to update and supplement information in the Certificate of Business Registration and business registration documents according to the provisions of Clause 3, Article 8 of the Law on Enterprises, as follows:
a) In case the enterprise updates or supplements information in the business registration dossier to change the content of the Business Registration Certificate but is not in the cases of registering to change the business registration content as prescribed; According to Article 47 to Article 55 of this Decree, the enterprise shall send a notice requesting updating and supplementing business registration information to the Business Registration Office where the enterprise's head office is located. The Business Registration Office receives the notification, reviews the validity and issues the Business Registration Certificate to the enterprise;
b) In case the enterprise only updates and supplements information in the business registration dossier without changing the content of the Business Registration Certificate and is not in the cases of notification of changes in registration content When registering a business as prescribed in Articles 56 to 60 of this Decree, the enterprise shall send a notice requesting updating and supplementing business registration information to the Business Registration Office where the enterprise's head office is located. The Business Registration Office adds information to business records and updates information to the National Business Registration Database.
3. Enterprises do not have to pay business registration fees or charges in case of updating or supplementing information about the enterprise's phone number, fax number, email, website, or address due to a change in boundaries. administrative and the cases specified in Point b, Clause 2 of this Article.
Procedures for changing position information of the company's legal representative do not fall under any of the change registration cases specified in Article 47 to Article 55 Decree 01/2021/ND-CP Therefore, the company carries out notification procedures requesting updates and supplements to business registration information.
