If another individual uses the Labor Subleasing License, will the business have its license revoked?
Revocation of License for Labor Subleasing Enterprises specified in the case specified in Clause 1 Article 28 Decree No. 145/2020/ND-CP.
- Labor subleasing enterprises will have their licenses revoked in the following cases:
+ Terminate labor subleasing activities at the request of the subleasing enterprise.
+ The enterprise is dissolved or the Court decides to declare bankruptcy.
+ Does not ensure one of the conditions specified in Article 21 Decree No. 145/2020/ND-CP.
+ Allowing other businesses, organizations and individuals to use the license;
+ Subleasing labor to perform work that is not on the list of jobs allowed to sublease labor at Appendix II is issued herewith Decree No. 145/2020/ND-CP.
+ The subleasing enterprise commits acts of forging documents in the application file for granting, renewing, reissuing licenses or erasing or modifying the content of the issued license or using fake licenses.
Thus, according to the above regulations, if another business, organization or individual uses a labor sublease license, the business's license will be revoked.
