6. Penalties for organizing construction works against the content of the issued construction permit in case of granting a new construction permit are as follows:

a) Fine from 30,000,000 VND to 40,000,000 VND for construction of individual houses;

b) Fine from 50,000,000 VND to 70,000,000 VND for building individual houses in conservation areas, historical-cultural relics or other construction works;

c) A fine from 100,000,000 VND to 120,000,000 VND shall be imposed for construction of works that require the preparation of a construction investment feasibility study report or works requiring the preparation of an economic - technical report on construction investment. build.

15. Remedial measures:

c) Forced demolition of construction works or parts of construction works that violate the violations stipulated in Clause 4, Clause 6, Clause 7, Clause 8 (where the violation has ended), Clause 9, Clause 10, Clause 12, Clause 13 of this Article."

Note: This fine is the fine applied to the organization. For the same administrative violation, the fine for individuals is equal to 1/2 of the fine for organizations (Clause 2, Article 4 of this Decree).
