2. Closing the civil status book is done on the last day of the year. When closing the civil status book, the total number of pages and total number of registered civil status events must be clearly stated; The head of the civil status registration agency signs and stamps.
Papers, objects or other evidence submitted when registering civil status must be stored and preserved in accordance with the law on archives.
