Based on Article 16 Decree No. 68/2017/ND-CP Regulates the investment sequence for construction of industrial cluster technical infrastructure as follows:
- Prepare and approve investment reports on establishment and expansion of industrial clusters.
- Prepare and approve detailed planning for industrial cluster construction.
- Prepare and approve investment projects to build technical infrastructure of industrial clusters.
- Organize the construction of industrial cluster technical infrastructure projects and manage the operation and exploitation of technical infrastructure projects after completion.
