The level of administrative penalties for motorbike drivers when turning on loudspeakers to play music while participating in traffic is specified in Clause 4, Article 6.Decree 100/2019/ND-CP (amended by point g, clause 34, Article 2 Decree 123/2021/ND-CP, point b clause 36 Article 2Decree 123/2021/ND-CP) as follows:

c) Overtaking in cases where overtaking is not allowed, overtaking on roads with signs prohibiting overtaking for the type of vehicle being driven, except for violations specified in Point h, Clause 3 of this Article ;

d) Overtaking in a road tunnel at the wrong place; U-turn in road tunnels;

e) Failure to comply with traffic signals;

g) Failure to comply with orders or instructions of traffic controllers or traffic controllers;
