Question: Please ask, what kind of documents must an individual registering for professional training as a fishing vessel registrar submit?

According to the provisions of Clause 3, Article 8 of Circular No. 23/2018/TT-BNNPTNT dated November 15, 2018 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, individuals registering for professional training as fishing vessel registrars must submit the following documents:

1) Application for participation in professional training as a fishing vessel registrar according to Form No. 01.DKV, Appendix II issued with this Circular;

2) Copies of diplomas and professional certificates and present the originals for comparison in case of direct application or certified copies in case of sending via postal service or online environment ( if any);

3) 02 color photos (3 x 4 cm).
