Pursuant to Article 19 of the Charter of the Vietnam Private Entrepreneurs Association issued togetherDecision 797/QD-BNV 2013 Regulations on the Secretary General and Deputy Secretary General of the Vietnam Private Entrepreneurs Association are as follows:

1. General Secretary of the Association

a) The General Secretary of the Association is the assistant to the President of the Association, managing the daily work of the Association according to resolutions, programs, work plans and according to the Association's regulations approved by the Congress, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors. The Association's Standing Committee approved.

b) The General Secretary is elected and dismissed by the Association's Executive Board and can work on a full-time or part-time basis.

c) The General Secretary is the person who directly manages all activities of the Association's Office and has the following tasks:

Thus, the General Secretary of the Vietnam Private Business Association is the person who directly manages all activities of the Office of the Vietnam Private Business Association and has the following tasks:

- Develop operating regulations of the Association's Office, financial and asset management regulations of the Association, submit to the Standing Committee for approval and report to the Association's Executive Board;

- Periodically report to the Executive Board and the Association's Standing Committee on the Association's activities according to the provisions of the Association's Charter and working regulations of the Executive Board and the Association's Standing Committee;

- Prepare annual reports and term reports of the Association's Executive Committee;

- Manage the Association's documents according to the provisions of the Association's Charter, working regulations of the Executive Board, the Association's Standing Committee and the Association's Office;

- Secretary of Congresses, meetings of the Executive Committee, and the Association's Standing Committee;

- Responsible for the Executive Board, the Association's Standing Committee and the law for the activities of the Association's Office.
