Aiming to simplify administrative procedures and enhance the efficiency of school public services, on May 11, 2026, the Ministry of Education and Training officially promulgated Decision No. 1130/QĐ-BGDĐT announcing newly issued administrative procedures in the field of Education and Training under the national education system. This Decision takes effect as of May 10, 2026. The issuance of these new regulations aims to abolish former procedures to achieve standardized alignment with the provisions of Circular No. 15/2026/TT-BGDĐT dated March 24, 2026, issued by the Minister of Education and Training.
