2. Before carrying out procedures to invite or sponsor foreigners to enter Vietnam, social organizations, businesses, other organizations with legal status according to the provisions of Vietnamese law, branches of foreign traders Foreign representative offices of other foreign economic, cultural and professional organizations in Vietnam must send a written notification to the immigration management agency with documents, including:

a) A certified copy of the license or decision of the competent authority on the establishment of the organization;

b) Document introducing the seal and signature of an authorized person of the organization.

Notification is only done once, when there is a change in content in the dossier, additional notification must be made.

3. Within 05 working days from the date of receipt of the visa application, the immigration management agency shall consider, resolve, and respond to the inviting, sponsoring agency, organization, and individual. Notify Vietnamese visa-issuing authorities abroad.

4. After receiving the written response from the immigration management agency, the agency, organization, and individual inviting or sponsoring foreigners to enter Vietnam shall notify the foreigners to complete visa receipt procedures. at Vietnamese visa-issuing authorities abroad.

5. In case of applying for a visa at the international border gate, the immigration management agency will consider and resolve within 03 working days from the date of receipt of complete documents for the cases specified in the following cases: Points a, b, c and d, Clause 1, Article 18 of this Law; within 12 working hours from receipt of complete documents for the cases specified in Points dd and e, Clause 1, Article 18 of this Law.

6. Agencies, organizations and individuals applying for visas to foreigners at Vietnamese visa-issuing agencies abroad must pay the immigration management agency the fee for processing. notification of visa issuance."
