1. When registering for an internship to practice law, the probationer must pay a fee to the Bar Association. The highest legal practice probation fee is no more than 5,000,000 VND/person (five million VND/person).

2. The Lawyers' Conference of the Bar Association, based on the above-mentioned law practice internship fee frame, decides on the specific fee of the Bar Association.

Accordingly, law trainees pay a fee to the Bar Association when registering to practice law

The highest legal trainee fee in 2024 will not exceed 5,000,000 VND/person.

What is the fee to join the Bar Association in 2024?

Pursuant to Article 4 of Resolution 05/NQ-HDLSTQ 2022 stipulates as follows:

Fees for joining the Bar Association

1. People who join the Bar Association pay a membership fee to the Bar Association. The highest fee to join the Bar Association does not exceed 10,000,000 VND/person (ten million VND/person).

2. The Bar Association's conference of lawyers, based on the regulations on the above fee framework, decides on the joining fee to suit the specific and actual conditions of the Bar Association.

Accordingly, the fee frame for joining the Bar Association in 2024 is as follows:

- People who join the Bar Association pay a membership fee to the Bar Association

- The highest fee to join the Bar Association is no more than 10,000,000 VND/person
