Based on the Appendix regulating the location of "VIETNAM DUTY NOT PAID" stamps for duty-free sales goods except cigarettes, alcohol, and beer issued together with Decision 3240/QD-BTC in 2013:

The location of the "Vietnam duty not paid" stamp for duty-free sales of goods except cigarettes, alcohol, and beer is prescribed as follows:

1. Electric fans of all kinds: glued to the top of the fan bulb. For fans manufactured in box form (such as ventilation fans), paste it on the front, upper left corner.

2. Refrigerator: paste on the upper right side.

3. Rice cooker: paste on the body of the cooker above the electrical outlet.

4. Electric hot and cold plug: stick it on the body of the plug above the electrical outlet. Non-electric hot and cold thermos: paste along the bottom connection and the body of the thermos. If there is no bottom connection, then stick along the body of the thermos connecting to the top of the thermos.

5. Gas stoves of all types: glued on the upper right side.

6. Video player, CD: stick on the cover on the back right corner.

7. Televisions of all kinds: pasted on the top of the back of the device.

8. Air conditioner: paste on the upper right side. For type 2 air conditioners, stick them to the top right side of the cold unit.
